The HWL Creative team turns your website into your best seller, making it a vital extension of who you are and what you stand for. Ensuring you have content that is both meaningful and purposeful, while being displayed in an easily digestible manner, will make your website one of your most valuable assets.
There are many different ways to approach a website design at HWL Creative. We take the time to listen to you and your needs to make the best recommendations possible. Websites encompass a variety of options, including:
We take the time to get personal with key stakeholders and carefully analyze your competitive landscape to gain an understanding of the unique goals you are trying to achieve. We take note of how others are doing it, and how we can improve that experience.
After research is conducted, the HWL Creative team creates an executable plan of action, prioritizing needs and wants for the end product. We develop a list of similar content types, components, and organizational structures that will keep the website cohesive and clean.
We ask you for a little bit of help on this one. HWL Creative wants to know what you're inspired by, as well as your likes and interests. We combine that with industry trends and competitor trends to provide an array of visuals that form an aesthetic for your design. After we take a look at a moodboard, we can narrow in on what the look and feel of the site should be.
Now the fun part! We start designing. The first concept you'll see is a responsive homepage design. Depending on the timeline, we'll either have a few other templates to show you, or we'll start at home base with a preview of what is to come.
After the initial design comps are made, we take a step back to analyze the styling. By doing a thorough accessibility review of the content, we make sure the styles are consistent and compliant with WCAG 2.0 standards.
Once we have a general idea of styling and we're all good on the accessibility front, your content will come to life in the design. More often than not, we need final content before the initial templates begin. Once those templates are established and additional pages begin being built out, the content will need to follow with it.
Now it's time for the world to see what we've been working on. Your website will be your greatest asset, we're sure of it!
We understand there is more to design than picking nice colors and fonts. Design is about content, its accessibility, and its ease of use. The HWL Creative team places importance on many key elements that go into a website redesign, including:
When we build a website for you at HWL Creative, it is yours to keep even if we part ways. We hope we don’t have to, but understand that sometimes you’ll want to manage things on your own, and that”s totally okay! As long as you've got your domain and hosting under wraps, the website is yours and it'll stay live and visible to the public.
